Is the recipient really unable to see my number?
Yes. Every message goes out through professional SMS networks with an anonymous sender ID. The recipient just sees an unknown sender, never your phone number, name, email, or anything that points back to you.
What happens if my SMS isn't delivered?
You get a full refund automatically. Delivery is verified through our SMS providers, so if a message can't reach the recipient (number disconnected, blocked, or invalid) the order is refunded to your original payment method without you doing a thing.
Which countries can I send to?
You can send to most countries worldwide. The dropdown next to the recipient field lists every supported destination. If a country isn't there, we currently can't deliver to it.
How quickly will my message be delivered?
Most messages arrive within seconds of payment. Add Delivery Tracking at checkout and you also get a tracking link, so you can see exactly when the message lands.
Can the recipient reply?
Only if you turn on Allow Replies at checkout. With it on, the SMS includes a link to a private reply page where the recipient can write back for free, and you see replies on your order page. Without it, the message is one way.
How do I get a refund?
Most refunds are automatic, since failed deliveries refund themselves to your original payment method. For anything else, use the form here and we'll look into it.
Do you keep logs of my messages?
We store message content only long enough to deliver it and handle any refund, then wipe it from our database within a month. We don't read your messages and we don't share them.
